09 May Kingsplace Singing Festival
Two weeks ago, our school choir visited the Kingsplace Theatre in a gathering of 11 different school choirs from Haringey.
Each choir, performing their own song, ventured onto a big stage and sang to over 300 people! If that wasn’t nerve-wracking enough, upon arrival to the venue we were told we’d be performing last.
After some truly fabulous singing from the other participants, the choir excelled under pressure singing ‘Riptide’ by Vance Joy to a rapture of applause. They were outstanding and a true representation of our village and its values.
