Science Week in reception class
This week was a busy week full of experiments and investigations. We had a visit for Zoolab and we met a menagerie of creepy crawlies and reptiles. We weren’t scared though! Next, Nicola helped us investigate what items can float or sink, but first we made our predictions. Grainne helped us make 3D bubbles from pipe cleaners and straws, and Hadley made Fizzy potions from vinegar and baking soda. At the end of the week we predicted what would happen if we dropped Mentos into a Cola bottle, IT EXPLODED – all over Hadley.
