30 Mar Yellow classes trip to St Paul’s Cathedral
On Tuesday 21st March, Yellow Class visited St Paul’s Cathedral to discover how it had been rebuilt following the Great Fire of London. When we arrived at the Cathedral, we sat on the steps to eat our lunch before attending a fantastic workshop with special guest appearances from Samuel Pepys, Sir Christopher Wren and Charles II! After the workshop we were shown around the awe-inspiring cathedral with its magnificent dome. The children were all excited to finally see inside this majestic building after learning so much about it during our London’s Burning History topic.
