Before half term, year 3 visited the Natural History Museum to learn about Volcanoes and Earthquakes ahead of their Volcanoes topic in Geography. The children attended a Volcanoes and Earthquakes show to investigate geological forces within the Earth using interactive demonstrations. The children became scientists and helped to save ‘Volcano Town’ from disaster! Both classes were awarded with a NHM accredited Diploma in Earthquakes and Volcanoes.
