On Thursday 9th October, we were thrilled to host another special author visit-

Teddy Keen- explorer and compiler of The Lost Book of Adventure and Journey of The Last River as well as the new exhilarating book, “The lost book of Undersea adventure’ share the thrilling tale about the Unknown Adventurer being washed up on a deserted island. Completely alone, he puts his survival skills to the test and begins the journal he promised his younger siblings he would write. There was: a whole school assembly for the junior children as an introduction to the unknown adventurer; a book presentation and there wasan opportunity for pictures and book signings. You will see his books are presented like an artist’s journal, with handwritten sections, smudged notes and stuck-in pages and illustrated in breathtaking detail. His stories spark a sense of adventure in every reader. Teddy brought along with him some of the objects they found and tools the sea nomads used on the expedition.  The children were in awe as they were listening to the tale of survival, friendship and underwater discovery that transported them to remote seas that whispered ancient legends you can only begin to imagine.
